SPD Support Group Welcome!

Dear Parents/Teachers/Administrators/Therapists:

Hello! My name is Mary Gardner and I’m the mother of an 9 year old boy who has had sensory issues. We have been through many trials and difficult times understanding what his needs are and now I feel like we’ve got a great handle on his issues and I’m happy to support other families who are struggling to learn how to accommodate their son or daughter.

I would like to invite you to start your own group hereunder GROUPS for local resources, support meetings and information.

Please forward this site and information on to any parent who has a child who has Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), ADHD, ADD, is on the AUTISM SPECTRUM or is a bit out of the box and you’re just a bit in the dark about what to do to help.

The very cleaning products and detergents that were designed and marketed to keep us safe from germs, viruses, bacteria and other ailments are actually harming our health.

I am an advocate for a cleaner and greener planet. Which is why I do marketing for a health and wellness company called Melaleuca. All of their products are Eco-friendly, made of n… Continue

We paid for it... Monday morning was a bit tough and school wasn't as smooth.

Staying in may not be as fun, but it certainly makes things a lot easier on the family wh… Continue
