SPD Support Group Welcome!

Dear Parents/Teachers/Administrators/Therapists:

Hello! My name is Mary Gardner and I’m the mother of an 9 year old boy who has had sensory issues. We have been through many trials and difficult times understanding what his needs are and now I feel like we’ve got a great handle on his issues and I’m happy to support other families who are struggling to learn how to accommodate their son or daughter.

I would like to invite you to start your own group hereunder GROUPS for local resources, support meetings and information.

Please forward this site and information on to any parent who has a child who has Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), ADHD, ADD, is on the AUTISM SPECTRUM or is a bit out of the box and you’re just a bit in the dark about what to do to help.

Hi, My Name Is Eric and I am Aidan's Pappa

I, like yourself, have been touched with a gift; my son Aidan.

I feel compelled to reach out and educate much like Mary Gardner does so well here.

So, I would like to share an article I wrote last year as my first contribution.

An Opportunity and a must radio show to listen to

I attended the Max International Christmas Party last night along with our Co-founder Steven K. Scott.  He did a skin demo on our new skin care product.  For the last two years it has been tested at Christian Women Retreats with amazing results!  The statistics are all in the 90% range with one 85%  All the ladies that see the demonstration buy the product.  Some stats on our Co-founder Steven Scott:  Wrote 6 international bestsellers, on Larry King live four times, started over 12 companies…

Healthy Living Continues!

Tonight I was at the Y working out and overheard a couple of women next to me talking about all of their aches and pains. One of them had an ache in their neck, another in their knee and she had arthritis.

Having my own pains here and there and living with them long enough

until I was able to find answers, I had to blurt out, “I know how you can get

some relief”, almost without knowing what I was going to say!…

I am a mom of a 4yr old and almost 2yr old. My 4yr old was diagnosed with SPD today. After trying to figure out what is going on with him for the past 3 yrs i am relieved that i have an answer. I am also glad i am getting support from family but feel it would be better to talk with some one who is going through the same thing and knows what me and my son are going through.

Just joined

Hello, just googled why my daughter has a difficult time choosing a pair a socks every morning, she complains and throws a fit even if we have chosen her outfit the night before.  She has plenty of socks to choose from and it seams that any sock bothers her.  This morning she asked me if i can make her socks (since I do sew), "without the little line at the toes". Is this something I need to see a specialist for?See More
