How many of us are effective on little amounts of sleep? How about sending a child to school on Monday morning after a crazily booked weekend??

NOT GOOD.

We recently had a ton of things this past weekend.. and we then wanted family time so we went to the beach on Sunday.. and got back late...

We paid for it... Monday morning was a bit tough and school wasn't as smooth.

Staying in may not be as fun, but it certainly makes things a lot easier on the family when everyone has plenty of rest... so we plan ahead. If we have a lot going on.. we PLAN. Before AND after.. down time.. SO important..

Another fun tip from a family that has learned to manage this thing!!!!

The more I learn about autism the more I believe our kids mitochondria is affected. We all learned in science class that this is where we get our energy. Research shows that kids on the spectrum are low in glutathione. If you are low in glutathione this affects our oxygen. One thing oxygen does is give off free radicals, This is not good. If the glutathione levels are optimal this balances oxygen giving off free radicals and are energy levels are not hindered and we feel good. On Friday I sat in on a teleconference with Dr. Cathy Sims from Boston Hospital. Her topic was "What is toxic to the mito? I 've been asked to join an autism mito task force so I''m sure I will learn more. Stay tuned. Also there is a nutritional product out there that is being used by the top neurologist for autism in South Carolina. The product is called Maxgxl and I am a distributor for it, because of the transformational results I had when I increased my daughter's glutathione levels transdermally initially. The new product coming out the end of the month is 60% less ingredients and 30% more effective. It is also backed by 17 peer reviewed studies! We are in exciting times for our health. Anyone interested in finding out more about this company please let me know!
